Because Virgo dogs, while often highly intelligent, tend habitually to underestimate their own worth and consequently be shy and unable to believe that you are prepared to commit so much of your devotion to them. Be sensitive to your Gemini dog’s moods: just because the animal seems full of joie de vivre, don’t assume he is unfailingly happy; make sure you check frequently that his physical health is as good as his general bounciness might lead you to think.
