He is faced with taking steriods or having $4,000 surgery. I do not have the money for the surgery. I am looking for some way to further reduce his inflammation and help him feel better other than steriods. I will work with his doctor if I find some natural remedy, but please help me as I am already in a state of grief about this pet. He's a dachshund and only 7 years old. He's in great health otherwise, appetite good, can walk fairlly well (it's his left front leg that is affected) but the outlook is not good if he stays on steriods. Thank you.
